EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges (size swaps or store credit) accepted within 30 days of sale date.  Exchange items are accepted both in-store and via mail.  Exchange item must be in Portal's possession within the 30-day period.

Exchange items must be in new and unworn condition - including original tags and packaging.  Exchange items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for size swaps or store credit.
