Saucony

Est. Cambridge, MA x 1968

Acquired by immigrant Abraham Hyde in 1968 - Hyde Athletic Industries relocated the brand and its production lineage (est. 1898) from its Saucony Creek (PA) namesake to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Saucony (pronounced sock-a-knee) established itself within the performance running community throughout the 1970s-80s and outperformed more established Hyde brands like SpotBilt & PF Flyers - leading to the company's complete Saucony rebrand in 1998.

Today the brand is best known for its mix of performance and heritage silhouettes.
